Levi - Week 1

Today Levi Edison is one week old...umm...young. :)  It's truly been the best week of our lives!  Here are some highlights from this week:

• Levi sleeps with both arms next to his ears
• He loves looking at Drew - they already have a great Father/Son connection
• He skyed with his Uncle and Grandma in Monroe and FaceTimed with his Aunts and Uncle in Chicago (Turbo was there too!)
• Drew's been pooped on once so far
• Levi had his first check-up at the Pediatrician's this week and the doctor was impressed with his weight gain.  He's gone from 6 pd 5 oz to 6 pd 14 oz. 
• It appears his hair is lightening up some...
• He smiles a lot!
• We've started tummy time and Levi can control his head a little bit...
• Both Symba and Nala are warming up to Levi more and more...even Nala! ha!
• We wash a load of clothes/blankets daily
• We've gone through countless diapers and are almost out of what we received from the showers - WHOA!

Those are just a few highlights.  He's growing so fast and we're so grateful to be home with him and love on him all day long.  I cannot stop looking at him!  Even when he sleeps, I just sit in the room to be near him.  

There is simply nothing better than my little family.  My husband is amazing, my son is my proudest accomplishment and our dogs bring smiles to our hearts all day.  I'd say I'm pretty blessed!
