It's almost time to meet you! Only 26 more days. And as much as we want you to continue to grow, we're dying to hold and kiss you. You're the main topic of conversation in our home these days. You're all we think about constantly. We are so excited and feel so blessed to be your parents.
We're going to give you everything that we can. We may not always give you what you want, but we'll always provide what you need. Promise.
One thing I want you to know is this: your Daddy is amazing. I love him so much. He is my dream come true. He is patient (thank goodness...and if you're like me, you'll appreciate this quality as well). He is giving. His heart is as big as they come. I cannot wait to see him hold you. I cannot imagine loving your Daddy anymore than I already do, but I have a feeling our love is going to grow even further beyond my comprehension.
As for me, being your Mommy is going to be the biggest, yet most rewarding role I've ever played. I think this is why I'm starting to feel extremely nervous and scared. I don't want to mess anything up. I want to make sure you're so happy here with us. I want to protect you and love you so you always feel safe. Hopefully I'll be a good Mommy to you.
Your Daddy and I are so blessed because we were raised by amazing parents ourselves...so we hope we can fill you with as much love as our own Mom and Dad's have given us (and continues to do so).
