Welcome to week 17! We're feeling great! Much better than 1st trimester....that's fo'sho. My energy's back, I feel great overall and the little baby is growing away. See...
Oh, sorry. Wrong baby. That's my baby boy Syms. He recently turned 4 years old....my, my how quickly they grow up. Look at that face. I hope our new addition is as cute as Syms! ;) I joke. Kinda.
So, back to the 'other' baby. I can tell the little one is growing....by looking at my belly. AND the other day, while practicing yoga, I swear I felt movement? I told Drew "It was like my small intestines or something came detached and was just floating around in there." Bless him for not smacking me sometimes. But that's what it felt like - something loose just floating around. Sounds like a baby to me. Anyways, here's a picture of my ever growing belly/baby:
See it sticking out? Oh, and I promise I'll stop showing my stomach soon. Trust me - I prefer not to but it's harder to see otherwise. In a couple weeks when I'm bigger, the 'show' will be over and I'll stick to rated 'G' pics. :)
Mark Your Calendars! We find out if Baby Vetter is a boy or girl next Wednesday, Sept. 28th! Any guesses? We have no preference - just a healthy, happy, Harvard bound baby - just like everyone else says. I know, I know. But it's true - this little one is a blessing and I thank God for him/her every day. And I love Drew even more than I ever did - how's that possible!? I don't know - but it is.
Till next time peeps!

I don't know... there is a LONG string of Hart/Searcy/Cleghorn girls. Zach is the only male cousin in his generation of first cousins... he needs some support! Then again, those little girls do have sooo much fun together! We can't wait to find out! -jen
