Drew's Landscaping Weekend

So....my husband is awesome.  You already know that.  So do I.  But I love to say it when it's deserved. He spent the weekend cleaning up all the landscaping eye sores.

I walked outside after grocery shopping (we're a traditional couple - I shop, he does yard work) and this is what I see in the backyard when I get back.  Piles of 'ruffage.  All I can think about besides is my hubby hydrated... SNAKES?!

And then I walk over to see my amazing husband hard at work...notice the H20 bottle.  I am a good wife.  Hydrate!  Hydrate!

Drew rocks...I would've offered to help but the area he was working on in our yard was prime snake-escape.  He'd rather I not be there crying, screaming snake every 2 seconds...so I went grocery shopping and came home to start dinner.

Chop! Chop! This I can do w/out fear of snakes...safely inside my air conditioned home. :)

We were going to enjoy dinner on our new patio set; however a spring storm showed up uninvited so we'll be inside instead.  Praise the rain though!  Time to go EAT! :)
