We did! We bought our first place! I never thought being in debt could be this much fun! I was 32 when we signed...that's the average age of a first-time homebuyer...yes, I work in the industry...but what an accomplishment! We live on Pidgeon Hill Rd in Raleigh, NC (yes, they spelled Pigeon wrong - was that an accident? Hmm...). Our Cape Cod style home is exactly what we were looking for...after being under contract with like 3 or 4 other houses (so glad those fell through)! So, come on over - our front door is always open to family and friends!
